Responsibilities

  • Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
  • Showcase and market real property to potential buyers
  • Provide guidance on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders such as contractors, home inspectors, and attorneys
