At our Westport office, we are currently seeking a friendly and professional Real Estate Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in connecting sellers and buyers, marketing listings, and providing guidance throughout the real estate process. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with sellers and buyers, understanding their needs and financial abilities
  • Market and promote properties through various channels, including advertisements and open houses
  • Assist clients in pricing their properties appropriately and negotiating the best terms for their sales or purchases
  • Prepare necessary paperwork, such as contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements
  • Stay up-to-date with the real estate market trends and best practices
