Proofreader / Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
- Proofing and producing financial statements, proposals, presentation slides, engagement letters, reports, marketing materials, and more
- Binding and Shipping financial statements
- Open to new challenges and assist with special projects as requested
- Performs all other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities
- 3 years of proofreading and administrative experience in a fast-paced, professional services firm
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Proficiency in producing Microsoft Office documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong word processing skills
- Detailed in composition, grammar, drafting, and proofing documents and communications
- Polished professionalism including a positive attitude combined with excellent oral/written communication skills
- Ability to exercise tact, courtesy, and discretion in contacts at all levels - both within and outside the Firm
- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and take ownership when dealing with support tasks
- Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines when faced with multiple/competing tasks
- Ability to work in an environment with many interruptions and multitask with composure
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in English or related field preferred

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
