We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Summer Program Coordinator to lead our exciting summer camp at The Dover School. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young learners while enjoying a rewarding summer experience.

As a Summer Program Coordinator, you will:

• Develop and implement diverse activities, including arts and crafts, sports, nature exploration, and more, to ensure an enriching and enjoyable experience for campers.
• Coordinate with staff to plan and execute daily schedules, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all campers.
• Foster positive relationships with campers, parents, and staff members, promoting a sense of community and teamwork.

You will oversee administrative tasks such as registration, attendance tracking, and program evaluations to ensure the camp's smooth operation.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, Recreation, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with children in a camp or educational setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
