Pay Range: $39.37 - $59.06 per hour
Full Time: M-F
Location: Windom, MN

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and healthcare finance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
As the Controller at Windom Area Health, you will supervise accounting procedures and accounting staff, serve as a consultant for managers within the organization, advising them of current budgetary information and working with managers to create fiscal strategy that aligns with the goals of the organization. Your attention to detail and leadership skills will be crucial in managing month-end and year-end close processes. You will collaborate with department heads to provide insights for decision-making and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Windom Area Health (WAH) is an 18-bed Critical Access Hospital located in Windom, MN. The hospital serves Windom, Mt. Lake and the surrounding areas. Windom Area Health provides specialty outreach services on a regular basis including cardiology, hematology/oncology, podiatry, general surgery, orthopedics, ophthalmology, pulmonology, urology and occupational/speech/physical therapies. Emergency room, laboratory and imaging services are also available 24 hours a day. Our mission is “Dedicated to Health”, which directs our decision making and services on a daily basis. We have a management agreement with Sanford Health and are owned by the City of Windom.
