Learning Coordinator

Our Learning Coordinator supports the L&D Team, helping the team monitor, organize, coordinate, and deliver world-class training. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule training sessions, arranging speakers, trainers, venues, catering, and content.
• Support cohorts while in session, acting as a liaison and coordinator to ensure schedules are correct and speakers are in place at the correct time.
• Debrief daily sessions, deliver recap quizzes, and act as the representative of the L&D team.
• Communicate issues to the L&D team immediately and work with the team to resolve the issue.
• Script and deliver L&D communications through a variety of modalities including e-mail, text, and social media.
• Monitor the L&D mailbox, responding to inquiries or forwarding emails to the appropriate team member.
• Generate training reports as requested and forward to appropriate stakeholders.
• Work with team members on various projects to provide written support / technical writing.
• Utilize WN LMS to publish training, schedule training classes, establish training plans, and manage LMS learner enrollment in partnership with Instructional Designer, Sr. Instructional Designer, or L&D management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Post-secondary education in English, Communication, Business, Hospitality, or similar field.  Will consider work history.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization skills.
