Position Summary
Window Nation, the 5th largest home remodeler in the country, is searching for a Field Manager to be the point of contact for residential window installation and quotes, ensuring all information needed for an installation is correct and in the proper location. The just-right candidate will use their enthusiasm and eagerness to apply their industry knowledge to all of facets window sales and installation to ensure customer satisfaction.
Primary Duties
- Conducts services for non-window products as needed based on installer notes or service orders including, but limited to, screen installation, seal repair, and siding, roofing, and door installation punch lists
- Collaborates with relevant post-close stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of daily activities; manages shifting workload as business dictates
- Fulfills service appointment specifications
- Coordinates required return visits; convey needed services, materials, and labor
- Maintains company assets in excellent working order
- Visit residential customer sites to measure each sold window opening; ensure order meets required installation specifications; ensure comprehensive purchase order, including material and labor requirements
- Support pricing process by providing accurate measurements and assessments for labor/materials
- Adapt product specifications to the installation requirements
- Perform pre-installation and post-installation inspections
- Anticipate roadblocks that could impact customer expectations, job costs and/or code performance; recommend solutions
- Execute change order specifications
- Maintain a substantive knowledge of product, install techniques, and construction basics

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years’ professional experience installing/repairing windows, roofing, siding, and related home improvement projects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite programs
- Salesforce experience preferred however not required
