Reporting to the Branch Manager, our Production Manager follows all aspects of the service delivery process from measure through installation. Ensures the timing, communication, and quality at every project point meets or exceeds customer expectation and our standard of excellence.
\n- Manage local post-sale pipeline beginning with consumer financing and concluding with the installation
- Monitor capacity to ensure adequate lead times
- Collaborate cross-functionally e.g. Consumer Finance, Ordering, Scheduling, Measuring, Installation et al to
- Anticipate and intercept project bottlenecks ensure all required documentation, ensure customer communication plan is being followed; and keep projects on track
- Manage customer escalations through to resolution; provide product/services information and resolving emerging challenges
- Advises customers on financing and needed changes to project scope
- Manage Service from install (SFI) process (service needs that arise within 10 days of sale)
- Oversees scheduling of installation and services
- Actively works accounts receivable to collect outstanding balances
- Manage vendor activities to ensure their compliance with contractual obligations
- Maintain customer database (Salesforce)
- Analyzes all legal requirements related to Homeowner Association requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; secondary education preferred
- 3 years industry experience in management/supervision or similar
- Expertise in CRM software
- Customer-centric mindset
- Self-sufficient with the ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Time management with a focus on deadlines and metrics
