Job Description:
We are currently seeking a customer service rep to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in overseeing customer accounts, coordinating operations, and ensuring smooth communication with our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, processing orders, overseeing customer satisfaction, and assisting in the overall management of warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls and assisting customers with inquiries and orders
• Processing and documenting customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Collaborating with warehouse staff to coordinate receiving, packing, and shipping processes
• Assisting in the implementation of quality control measures to ensure customer satisfaction
• Supporting the Warehouse Manager in daily operations and administrative tasks

Skills:

• Previous proven experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Basic computer skills required, familiarity with inventory management software preferred.
• Good understanding of basic math.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and inventory levels.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred but not required.
• Bilingual candidates will be prioritized.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with lunch break of 30 minutes.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
