Responsibilities
- Manage the schedule of our installation teams
- Set the installation schedule with the goal of optimum product installation daily within a manageable distance
- Contact our valued customers to schedule their installation
- Maintain communication between customers and installation teams
- Manage loading lists of product and accessories to schedule installation, making sure all inventory is on hand and ready to install
- Other clerical duties
- Work with service and ordering teams as needed
Requirements
- At least two years experience in office setting
- Scheduling experience a plus
- Must be pleasant on the phone
- Ability to multitask – receive calls while doing other tasks
- At least one year experience with CRM software
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, etc.
