Group Home Staff Night Shift

The Adult Group Home Staff will be responsible for the daily operations of the house and will have face-to-face contact with residents. You will be a part of helping others in our community to get back into society.

Compensation:

$17 - $18 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Develop social support systems
  • Cleaning common areas
  • Assist with medication distribution
  • Adapt skills for home, work, education, vocation, leisure, and social activities
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention; attend to 24-hour crisis line
  • Oversee the preparation of 3 nutritious meals per day
  • Be responsible for following the transitional treatment plan developed by the manager
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance
  • Complete required documentation in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs or more
  • Communication and computer skills
