SUMMARY: Responsible for ensuring a warm hospitable and professional impression to all Members and guests entering the Clubhouse offices, calling, or emailing through timely and efficient communication and sincere service. Assist and support all departments in the Clubhouse Offices while simultaneously managing a variety of office-related tasks.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE ADMINISTRATION
- Coordinate dining reservations, special requests, special occasion requests
- Provide dining and event schedules, menus, and other details to the members
- Oversee and manage the Jonas Activity Management program’s dining reservation module by setting dining parameters, inputting reservations and cancellations, noting special requests and allergies, assign tables while maintaining optimal flow and functionality
- Oversee and produce cover count reports
- Prepare, update and print daily menus for all food outlets in InDesign Software Program, upload daily menus to Club website and Club app
CLUBHOUSE ADMINISTRATION
- Clubhouse Information Center: Ensure that Windsor Membership Handbook, Windsor Weekly Wednesday E-news, telephone extension list, function sheets, event listings, Club calendars, and other important information is readily available at your fingertips for “quick reference” member inquiry
- Knowledge of Club Office Employee Calendar
- Review weekly BEO packet. Review questions with Special Events/Catering and F&B Managers
- Prepare cake orders with special requests and email to food and beverage team
- Input Facility Dude requests for any office repairs or lighting needs
- Order Clubhouse and F&B office supplies to include employee kitchen supplies using Food Trak
- Maintain appearance and organization of reception area and common offices
- May require adjusted work schedules to meet deadlines
- Regular attendance and timeliness are required

This position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, climbing stairs, and extensive use of computer. Must frequently lift and/or move items over 25 pounds.
