Job Posting for CSR - Customer Service Representative at Windtalker Services
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Handle outbound and inbound calls for customers, who apply for short-term installment loans.
· Verify customer identity and all information on loan application.
· Assist customers with completing the electronic signature process, as needed.
· Review loan terms and conditions with customers.
· Review payment schedules and repayment options with customers.
· Verify proof of employment and/or income by calling employers and reviewing documentation.
· Update customer accounts, as needed.
· Utilize company software to document all customer contact and work performed.
· Follow all company policies, customer service procedures, scripts and loan verification requirements to help guide your success.
· Use good personal judgment and decision-making skills to properly determine if a customer should be approved for a loan, based on the totality of information obtained from the customer and other available sources.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
· High School Diploma or State Equivalency certificate.
· Basic computer skills (Windows, Office, Internet) and typing 35 wpm or faster.
· Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to multi-task efficiently, such as reviewing account information while speaking with a customer on the phone.
· Work in a secure, controlled office environment on an early work schedule (Mon-Fri 6 AM - 4 PM).
