We are seeking hosts that offer an exceptional initial experience for guests by providing a friendly greeting, handling reservations, guiding guests to tables and selling carryout wine.

Job Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the reservation list and properly record arrivals in the reservation system.
- Seat guests and manage the seating chart.
- Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow.
- Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Resolve guest issues and concerns regarding reservations and seating and escalate concerns to management as appropriate.
- Performs opening and closing duties, as assigned.
- Assists with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, replacing menus, resetting tables, etc.
- Helps fellow team members and wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships and a superior guest experience.
