Project Manager
Winfield Property Management is a fast-growing, Tulsa, OK based company that specializes in providing professional management services to residential apartment communities in the Norman and OKC areas. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about the industry and has a strong desire to learn and grow with the company.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all project management activities from start to finish.
- Work with vendors, community staff and owners to ensure that all project requirements are met.
- Get quotes and order project materials
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
- Communicate on a regular basis regarding project status and any issues that need attention.
- Communicate with vendors and subcontractors on a regular basis regarding project status and any issues that need attention.
- Maintain detailed project records in our internal project management system.
- Work with Maintenance staff at properties to assist with training and safety needs.
- Act as liaison between the Corporate office and properties, vendors within the region.
- Hold a quarterly safety luncheon for maintenance staff within the region.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

* Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with owners, manager, vendors, subcontractors, and others within the organization.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in order to meet deadlines.
* Ability to work under pressure in order to resolve complex issues as quickly as possible.
* Excellent time management skills along with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Ability to work both independently and within a team for short term or long term assignments.
* Must be able to lift 50 pounds of weight without assistance or supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
