Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Part-Time Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and helping to execute various campaigns and initiatives. Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities – under the direction of the Director of Brand Marketing 

· Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.

· Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.

· Support the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.

· Assist with content creation for social media posts, blog articles, and other marketing communications.

· Help maintain and update the company website and other digital platforms with relevant content and information.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.

· Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns and provide reports and insights to the team.

· Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing correspondence.

Skills & Qualifications:

· A passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite.

· Familiarity with social media platforms and basic understanding of digital marketing principles.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Prior experience or coursework in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.

· Knowledge with working with Club Essentials Management Program and a CRM is a plus.

Education:

· AA or BA in Marketing, Journalism or related field is preferred.

Additional comments regarding the nature, scope, or purpose of this position:

· The responsibilities of this position require the ability to balance widely diverse aspects of several departments.

· All employees are expected to assist in cross-department duties as needed.

Physical Requirements: 

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.

Compensation:

$24.00 – $30.00/hour DOE
