YOUR IMPACT
The New Market Entry Manager - Australia is a key member of the regional team with responsibility across 1-200 restaurants. A great NME Manager – Australia is a collaborative and energetic relationship-builder with Operational acumen and drive to achieve stated goals of sales growth, improvement in QSC, and guest satisfaction scores with a heavy focus on training. The NME Manager – Australia will also take the lead in supporting training with New Market Entry Restaurant teams, and follow-up support for new and existing restaurants and teams. This role will be field based in Australia.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Co-Lead New Market Entry training for Store Teams in the Australia (potentially New Zealand) and provide training and project support for New Market Entry and on-going Ops support.
- Support existing markets to provide on the job training interventions, coaching and support on key operational projects.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure new stores are set up for success.
- Travel regularly to Brand Partner restaurants within market to provide appropriate coaching, training, education, and development tools. These visits also serve to ensure brand protection in all areas.
- Collaborate with Brand Partner store teams to safeguard proper standards regarding effective restaurant operations, guest experience, safe food handling and implementation of training programs for management and team members.
- Recognize challenges and recommend solutions to create efficiencies within restaurants especially in areas of people capability.
- Other duties as assigned such as new equipment training, collating of key metrics during trials, supporting the QSC brand audit program across the region and creation of standard operating procedures for new equipment and processes.

- Frequent use of a computer (ie. Microsoft programs) and other technology essential to the successful completion of your everyday role responsibilities.

- Routine use of physical energy while traveling throughout the market including some extended stays of a few weeks in cities within the market.
