Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Transaction Specialist to join our company with the ability to work independently as well as a part of a team in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Brokerage and Development Team.
- Assist the marketing team in creating marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, and proposals.
- Support Social Media efforts on platforms like Instagram and Linkedin.
- Coordinate data collection from various sources for inclusion in technical reports and presentations.
- Conduct independent research and prepare information for special projects as required.
- Assist in transaction management activities including preparing and editing proposals, agreements, and property presentations.
- Coordinate financial analysis requests and assist in commission invoicing and collection processes.
- Manage communications for brokers, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients.
- Maintain team lists and databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe for creating marketing materials.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
