Position: Fleet AssistantLocation: Woodland Hills, CA

About the Role: As Fleet Assistant, you will serve as the first point of contact & helping hand for the FleetManager. Your role will consist of tackling rapid requests, handling back-end work, and focused on tackling administrative duties.

Starting pay at $17/hr.

Day to Day:

• Responsible for assisting the Manager in oversight and management of the division with a primary focus on supervision of the Asset Management function
• Collects data and performs data analysis that can help drive better-informed decisions
• Excellent ability to partner with and coordinate Fleet Manager / External Team
• Ability to effectively manage tickets/requests in a timely manner
• A “customer first” thinker, always trying to optimize our customer’s experience
• Establishes and maintains a working environment conducive to positive morale, individual style, quality, creativity, and teamwork

Qualifications

• Organizational Savvy – Maneuvers comfortably through various tasks, both simple & complex.

• Must be able to maintain a valid State driver’s license to operate as a vehicle as needed
• Ability to effectively collaborate and resolve conflicts within and across organizational boundaries
