In this role, you will maintain the accounting books and participate in the month-end close process for the corporate payroll in order to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for a variety of clients.ResponsibilitiesManage assigned payroll to document and record all accounting related transactions and activitiesCompletion of bank and escrow reconciliationsProcessing of payments, fees and fundingReview of financial statementsProcess taxes and paymentsFunding of deposit accountsBook month-end accruals and prepaid expensesManage HUD assigned payrollProvide client service by acting as primary accounting liaison for payroll for both external and internal clients.Review available cash by monitoring daily bank balances to ensure timely vendor paymentsRequirementsBachelor’s degree1-3 year accounting or business experienceProficient in MS Office; Previous Yardi experience is a plusStrong analytical and communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
