Graphic Designer/Production Artist

We are seeking an experienced Graphics & Production Associate to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a variety of assignments. The right candidate has great attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling multiple projects at once while maintaining a neat, organized workspace.

As a Graphic Designer, You Will

· Work closely with your supervisor to develop designs for a variety of mediums, including signs, print materials, trophies & awards, promotional products and more

· Notify supervisor when supplies are needed.

· Operate lasers, vinyl cutter, heat press, direct to garment printer, UV printer

· Work with a variety of materials.

· Do necessary machine maintenance as needed

· Collaborate with team members to determine design needs and objectives

· Use software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Corel Draw to create and edit designs for output to lasers, UV printer, direct to garment printer and digital press

· Communicate clearly and concisely with team members throughout the proofing process

· Finalize approved design packets for production

· Confirm that digital files are properly formatted and ready for production

· Assist in other aspects of the design and build process as needed

To Qualify For This Role, You Will Need

• 5 years of professional experience as a graphic designer and stable history
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite- particularly Illustrator and Photoshop and Corel Draw
• Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
