Join the Winning Futures team and help us prepare our college students for success! This position is responsible for case management with our mentors and students in the College Success Mentoring Program (virtual mentoring for our alumni who are now in trade school or college) by calling/texting students and mentors to check-in monthly, providing support to the matches, recruiting/retaining students, and helping at our monthly workshops at our high schools in Detroit, Harper Woods, Pontiac, and Warren.
Location: Troy, MI (moving from Warren to Troy, MI in July) (After completing your training and demonstrating success working at home, work Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at the office, then choose to work at home or the office on Tuesday and Friday.)

Responsibilities:
Education and experience: This position requires completion of an associate degree or higher, along with 2 years of experience working/volunteering with young adults and volunteers. Familiarity with student support, college access, or college retention initiatives preferred, but not required.
