Our company provides a unique experience to our clients offering a concierge experience. One aspect of this company is planning trips for clients. We are searching for individuals who can book activities and itineraries for our clients. If you enjoy working with people and planning itineraries to exciting places, this job is for you.
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary customer contact providing Concierge level service to travelers from start to finish
- Respond to telephone, email inquiries and online trip submissions in a timely fashion
- Research and book packages including air, hotel, tours and ground transportation both domestically and internationally Pricing, and calculations for changes or added trip fees
- Be able to book with suppliers, problem solve and trip reconciliation
- Attend trainings and certifications supplied by our company.
Qualifications:
No experience necessary. We will train.
Experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service a plus, not a must
Exceptional customer service abilities
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization skills
