What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Programmer position at Wintegrity?
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, program, and maintain CMM equipment.
- Perform routine inspections, testing, and data collection for quality assurance purposes.
- Interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or formulas and confer with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards.
- Analyze and document inspection results, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Participate in the continuous improvement initiatives within the company.
- Comply with all safety and work rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in a technical field is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality inspection role.
- Extensive experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) is required.
- Strong knowledge of reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to communicate effectively with different levels within the organization.
