The position is located at the front of the office where patients check in and out. The daily job duties include ensuring all patient records are accurate and detailed, all insurance is up to date and charges are put into the system properly, we do insurance verification's through numerous online portals and the occasional phone call. All of our patients have treatment plans and it is the coordinators job to ensure patients are scheduling and following up with phone calls and emails to keep patients compliant.
The coordinator ensures all areas of the office have supplies, support, records, and assist with any obstacles that come up through out the day in a timely manner. Our biggest concern for this position is finding someone that can forecast the following month in regards to product focus, patient visit goals and growing the practice with little supervision. The coordinator and Practice Manager work closely daily and weekly to stay focused and motivating each other towards goals. Billing/Insurance experience is a plus.
I am looking for someone that understands professional courtesy, can help create and contribute to the patient experience we pride our office in and be able to multitask in certain high patient visit volume times.
The hours: Monday & Wednesday 7:45 am to 12 then we open back at 1:45 to 6pm, Tuesday 8:45 am to 2:30pm, Thursday 10:00 am to 6 pm and Friday 7:45 am to 2:30 pm. Give or take some time after the last patient before you are able to leave. Pay ranges based upon experience that you bring to the practice, hourly or salary is available. Commission based end of month bonus based on products, visit goals, and packages sold.
