- Growing Electrical Contractor seeking Administrative Assistant 25-30 hours per week. Potential to be 30 hours or more for the right person. 98% remote- must live in North Denver Metro or Northern Colorado. Must be self-sufficient and have the ability to work independently. Prior Experience Working from Home Preferred. Construction Experience is also a plus.
Administration Assistant Qualifications:
· Proficient in Excel & Word, Google Calendars, Minor A/P Data Entry- Quickbooks a plus
· Proficient with Technology
· Organized (Experience with OneDrive a plus)
· Attention to Detail
· Excellent customer service/outgoing personality a must.
· Excellent communication skills
· Time management skills & adaptability
· Problem-solving skills and ability to self-start
Job Duties Include:
Answering Phones, Residential/Service Scheduling & coordinating Vehicle Maintenance Scheduling, and Basic Data Entry. Assisting Owners/Administrative team with organization and project administration. Set Schedule Monday through Thursday. Will be on call one day a month on a Friday. Must have an in-home office set up, printer, scanner, laptop, or PC Required; Two monitors are a must!
