```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our team. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages. Your primary focus will be on diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, as well as promoting oral health and hygiene. ```Responsibilities```
- Perform dental examinations, including comprehensive exams, X-rays, and oral cancer screenings
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions such as cavities, gum disease, and tooth decay
- Develop treatment plans and discuss them with patients to ensure understanding and consent
- Administer anesthetics to patients as necessary for pain management during procedures
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and provide preventive care instructions
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical record systems (Epic)
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile work environment
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development

```Qualifications```
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license in good standing
- Proven experience working as a Dentist
- Excellent knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and equipment
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems (Epic) for patient documentation
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively explain complex dental procedures to patients
- Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination for precise dental work
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Strong commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
