Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at Winterwood Inc in the Hickman, KY area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property maintenance and carpentry, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field.

Responsibilities will include:

• Completing all maintenance work orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Preparing vacant units for new residents, including repairs, cleaning, and painting
• Conducting daily inspections of the grounds for necessary repairs
• Performing daily trash pickups throughout the complex

Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

• $17.00 per hour
• Monthly cell phone reimbursement of $100
• Sign-on bonus of $500 (conditions apply)
