Part-time Family Law Attorney
Job Posting for Part-time Family Law Attorney at Winthrop Law Offices, P.A.
Busy multi-county family law firm is seeking an experienced Florida Family lawyer with 3 years working in Florida as a family law attorney to work part-time. This is a hybrid remote position, but you must live in the Greater Tampa area (Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas counties) as you will have to go to court, mediation, and depos in person as needed in these counties. The senior attorney will provide you with your tasks through Mycase. Please forward a cover letter, resume, list of references, and a litigation writing sample. Exceptional writing skills are an absolute requirement. The ideal candidate can work 3-4 hours daily, but please provide us with your availability.
Must have good oral communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate and be personable with clients, court staff, adversaries, and witnesses; must be a true team player.
The right attorney will have experience in the following areas:
*motion drafting,
*preparing pleadings, briefs,
*conduct depositions, hearings, and trials as needed.
* appearing in various courts throughout the tri-county area.
* handling several cases simultaneously
* zealously represent clients in divorce, paternity, and other family matters brought in Family Court and any concurrent matters.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
