Marketing Manager - Content

Job Description Summary

Wintrust is searching for a talented content marketer with financial services subject matter expertise to join our team! This candidate will work with marketing leadership, business stakeholders, account, and creative teams to write and market effective content for key channels.

What You'll Do

• Develop, write, and edit content in various formats for web, email, social media, SMS, and more
• Plan and manage editorial and campaign calendars
• Manage content hosted on the Wintrust news and education blog

• Manage external and internal partner relationships and projects
• Project manager for content, PR, and other marketing projects as needed

• Measure content performance and present monthly findings and action items to leadership
• Research and analyze customer, competitor, and content marketing trends to identify new opportunities and optimize performance

Requirements

• 5 years' experience copywriting, editing, and marketing for banking or financial services
• Strong portfolio of published work that demonstrates exceptional writing and content marketing skills
• Experience managing stakeholders and clients
• Strong project management, calendar, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and great with handling and applying constructive feedback
• Experience reviewing and presenting content marketing metrics
• Microsoft Office, calendar tools, online publishing, and Workfront (or similar project management tool) experience required
