Role Description | Title: Sr. Project Manager/ Market Development Operations Specialist JOB SUMMARY Responsible for evaluating incoming and proactively identified market expansion opportunities in several areas across the country simultaneously. Review market data for clustered builds to gain cost efficiency. Demonstrate knowledge of Service Delivery, Construction, Engineering, ISP, OSP and Field Operations processes/procedures (end to end process). Demonstrate a level of technical knowledge of equipment and devices. Generate Salesforce and biller required objects for fiber new builds.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Successfully drive multiple projects simultaneously by establishing key stakeholder requirements and project objectives while serving as the primary project contact. Meet or exceed high-quality standards and leadership expectations by implementing project management processes and methodologies to ensure on-time completion within budget. Submit status updates and reports while gathering project-related feedback through meetings with internal clients of assigned projects. Maximize project performance by tracking costs, service levels and other metrics and improve efficiency through the development of options and recommendations. Solve tough and complex problems. This includes the ability to effectively glean meaning from available data, be a quick study of the new and different, add personal wisdom and experience to arrive at the best solution given the information available, and use multiple problem-solving tools and techniques. Be organized, resourceful, and planful. This includes the ability to leverage multiple resources to get things done and lay out tasks in sufficient detail. This also includes the ability to get things done with less and in less time, work on multiple tasks at once without losing track, and to foresee and plan around obstacles. Leverage knowledge of industry-specific business operations and how to evaluate different business propositions. This also includes the ability to quickly learn and embrace new methods and technologies. Communicate work tasks and establish expectations. Coordinate work activities and scheduling with internal teams and building POC. This also includes monitoring progress and ensuring quality of work. Work closely with building POC to respond and address any concerns quickly. Utilize Salesforce tools, design platform and BI cluster analytics platforms to identify clusters and assist in building survey requirements. Create Salesforce and ICOMS or CSG required data inputs and package cluster survey requests for submission into PRISM including preliminary cost analysis.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge Ability to read, write, speak and understand English Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize and organize effectively, show judgment to make decisions and solve problems under pressure Ability to analyze and interpret data Ability to multitask in a role with little supervision and many demands from various business units Ability to define key performance indicators/metrics Ability to document, prepare and present data-driven presentations Ability to use personal computer and software applications (word processing, spreadsheet, Visio, MS Project, etc.) Demonstrated knowledge of service providers/MSO network architectures and technologies Knowledge of broadband coax and optical products and services Knowledge of process and project management in a Broadband business Knowledge of all functions and related tasks in the area of telephony service delivery Ability to solve problems creatively Ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Salesforce experience creating opportunities and required objects. Understanding of workflow rules within Salesforce Previous experience with ICOMS and CSG Solid understanding of order operations workflow, processes, and procedures.
