Job Title: Performance Tester

Appirio uses the latest cloud platforms, pre-built solution accelerators, and crowdsourcing services to challenge conventional thinking, spark change, and deliver results in days or weeks, not months or years. As a QA Engineer you will work in conjunction with the team on Quality Assurance of features for Appirio’s Innovative Solutions & Products.
Responsibilities:
- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
- Perform thorough regression and sanity testing when bugs are resolved
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
- Monitor debugging process results
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
Education and Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field from a four-year college or university
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Quality Analyst in a mid-large sized organization
- Experience w/ Salesforce configuration testing.
- Experience on Product testing
- Preferred Salesforce certifications - Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intense desire to learn about and participate in the revolution of cloud computing
