Job Title - Solution Architect
Key Skills - Workday HCM
Experience Required :
Candidates should have broad Workday product knowledge with deep implementation expertise, which will enable him/her to guide the overall design of the application through the Architect, testing, and deployment phase and help support the transition to the delivery team for a successful implementation.
This solution-driven role will primarily be responsible for building, management and executive-facing Workday integration, technical configuration, and reporting lead.
A successful candidate will translate our customers' business requirements into solutions that present data in a meaningful and actionable way.
This role will also oversee the governance of the Workday reporting portfolio, ensuring consistency in the development and usage of reports.

Responsibilities
- In-depth knowledge of Workday methodology, integration, reporting, data conversion, and tenant management
- Manage the entire lifecycle of assigned projects, including research, data exploration, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation.
- Build and foster a culture of "best practice" Workday reporting; be a trusted advisor for maximizing the value of Workday for the company.
- You will work on a range of system integration initiatives involving Workday, SNOW, ADP, and other systems.
- Provide end-to-end solution and design details during Architect Sessions.
- Accurately estimate effort and resources required to complete projects as related to areas of expertise.
- Mentor and guide more junior colleagues like testing teams for generating SIT(E2E) and UAT test scripts.
- Support the transition of the Project Implementation to Support Teams.
- Work with Project Management teams and support the identified milestones and deliverables.
Skills & Requirements
- 5 Years of end-to-end Workday HCM implementation experience including Core HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Advance Compensation, Talent Management, Absence Management, and US Payroll.
- 5 Years of experience in Integrations across the enterprise (e.g., SNOW, Benefit vendors & ADP)
- Ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to identify and analyze areas of risk and develop plans to minimize.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, presenting to a room of senior stakeholders is second nature to you.
Preferred Skills
- Workday Core HCM or Workday Core HR Pro certification.
