4 BN USD · WE’RE PRESENT IN 66 COUNTRIES · OVER 1,400 ACTIVE GLOBAL CLIENTS Role Domain Consultant Key Skills Project Manager - Telecom Location Cerritos, California Experience 5 Years Role Description Spectrum Enterprise has been contracted to supply Cracker Barrel with a HSD Managed Network Solution.
During this time we will complete a client migration or refresh to their network. This will consist of Spectrum Technicians performing work at the customers location installing MG41E, 8 Internal APs, 1 External and new Meraki Managed Service devices.
Migrations will be scheduled Monday thru Thursday 9PM to 6AM local time. Contractor shall provide the services and deliverable(s) as follows : Deliverable materials Email confirmation of completion or failed install.
Documentation and additional follow up to be sent to Spectrum Sr. PMs for documentation to the project folders and inflight orders.
1. Provide written summary upon completion of implementation. a. Outlining finished product / site completion along with details of any remaining work.
b. Outline of follow up items or activities. Contractor responsibilities PM (Contractor) will be assigned to scheduled client migration with advanced notice.
Migration calls will be scheduled from 9PM to 6AM (local times will apply) . Scheduling will be completed by Spectrum Enterprise Project Management.
1. Contractor will be expected to manage the client's migration following the client provided implementation guide. 2. Introduction to the call, review and summarize upcoming activities.
3. Step by step implementation or instruction to confirm completed activities. 4. Email notifications - Updates and completion notification to Spectrum Enterprise.
5. Escalation to Spectrum / Client if and when needed. 6. Scheduling arrangements will be made by the Spectrum project management team.
Bridge information will be sent to Client and team. 7. Updates to internal team Webex conversation Completion criteria Contractor shall have fulfilled its obligations when any one of the following first occurs :
- Contractor accomplishes the contractor activities described within this SOW, including delivery to client of the materials listed in the section entitled deliverable materials, and client accepts such activities and materials without unreasonable objections.
- No response from client within 2-business days of deliverables being delivered by contractor is deemed acceptance.
- Contractor and / or client has the right to cancel services or deliverables not yet provided with 20 business days advance written notice to the other party. Client responsibilities
- Client will provide detailed cut sheet, outline step by step instructions to complete the migration. This will be provided day of cut by 12PM eastern.
- Client to be present and designate Cracker Barrel Project Manager they will work with during at the start of the call.
- Please note any changes to the document after receipt will be reviewed by the Contractor requesting confirmation that no changes have occurred.
