What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Time Analyst (RTA/MIS) position at Wipro?
The Real Time Analyst will create, maintain, & track trends utilizing Microsoft Excel to prepare projection models and make instantaneous adjustments in order to meet identified goals.
- Create, maintain, & track reports utilizing Microsoft Excel
- Track volume & staffing trends over an extended period of time
- Prepare projection models based on trends
- Provide real-time monitoring via available tools & workforce management techniques
- Suggest and execute adjustments in order to maximize resource efficiency, achieve service level goals, & meet business objectives
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- 3+ years’ of Operations experience
- 1-2 years’ of experience within MIS / WFM
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Extensive reporting skills
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Strong computer knowledge
