SAP Fieldglass Role
Key Responsibilities:
1) Must be SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce Management certified and delivered at least one FieldGlass project.
2) Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP FieldGlass.
3) Should have experience of at least 1 FieldGlass implementation - Global implementation exp preferred.
4) Proficiency in SAP FieldGlass modules, such as Vendor Management System (VMS), Contingent Workforce Management (CWM), and Statement of Work (SOW).
5) Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the SAP FieldGlass solution.
6) Design and configure the SAP FieldGlass system to meet the specific needs of each client, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
7) Lead and participate in all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including system design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
8) Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on the functionality and capabilities of the SAP FieldGlass solution.
9) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.
10) Stay up to date with the latest SAP FieldGlass releases, enhancements, and industry trends to provide guidance and recommendations to clients.
11) Act as a subject matter expert in SAP FieldGlass, providing guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.
12) Lead and support Functional Workstream of a project and help deliver SAP Fieldglass implementation projects successfully.
13) Work with other workstream leads such as Integration Lead and Change Management Lead to provide functional inputs.
14) Promote and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing between practitioners within Wipro.
