EXPECTED ANNUAL SALARY RANGE: $87,480 to $136,000

GPS LEVEL: P4

JOB SUMMARY:

The Director, Product Management - AI will lead the development of generative AI products by leading cross-functional teams to define, develop, and launch innovative products that meet the needs of our customers and advance the overall mission of the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The accountabilities listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.

Develop product strategy and roadmap for generative AI products.
Obsess over customer needs and jobs-to-be-done. Identify customer needs and market opportunities to generate new product ideas and features.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
Collaborate with UX designers to design user-friendly interfaces and experiences for AI products.
Partner with engineering teams to ensure products are developed in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of emerging AI trends and technologies.
Develop pricing strategies and go-to-market plans for products.
Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and iterate product features.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to AI product development.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

7 years of experience in product management, designing, building, launching and optimizing products. Experience shipping AI products is a plus.
5 years of experience defining product strategy and leading cross-functional teams to launch successful products.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data to make informed decisions.
Knowledge of clinical trials or the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position does not entail direct supervisory responsibilities. However, the successful candidate is expected to engage with cross-functional teams and exercise leadership without direct authority.
