Description
The QA/QC Inspector is responsible for ensuring construction installation complies with Wire 3 safety and quality management protocols. Supports the overall project quality control and compliance for completed work.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- The QA/QC Inspector is responsible for verification of units placed on project work by both internal and external OSP placing crews.
- Identify construction installations that do not meet Wire 3 specifications
- Review drawings and finalize as-builts for final records
- Communicate project risks to the Construction Manager as they arise.
- Assists in implementing project/program plans as assigned
•Work directly with Field Supervisors on areas of completion and inspection ready segments of construction
- Provides documentation, reports, and information to Regional Management as directed.
- Utilizes the established company tracking methods and systems to report crew productivity for reporting weekly job progress on the work.
- Requires extensive walking, bending, and lifting of 50 lbs.
- Computer skills with Excel and Word are required.
