Is responsible for providing electronic workflow and document systems that support all departments of Wire 3. The Workflow Systems Analyst analyzes, advocates, designs, develops, and documents electronic workflow and automation systems, serves as project leader to guide systems through programming, testing, and implementation and provides ongoing support to users through maintenance, account support, user education. and troubleshooting. The Workflow Systems Analyst will work on developing applications with Systems Automation and Technology teams and be an administrator for said systems.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain workflows and digital forms to assist in multi department specific tasks.
Create and maintain web automation to link and work with systems new and currently in use.
Advocate use of current systems throughout the company and help choose and develop new systems to meet company needs.
Support and maintain users with accounts setups, changes, and education.
Serve as an Administrator for department systems.
Qualifications:
AA degree or higher with an emphasis in a computer related filed or related work experience
Experience: 2-5 years
Working with systems like Formstack, Zapier, or other SaaS based web automation/ workflow systems
Experience with office 365 / Azure AD
Experience with notion or similar note-based project management tools
Basic or Intermediate understanding of Javascript, RESTful API
Experience with web-based Dashboard systems like Looker studio
