**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing profitability.
**Duties:**
- Manage day-to-day store operations under the guidance of the Store Manager
- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising staff
- Oversee employee orientation and development programs
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process
- Support with payroll management and scheduling
- Drive sales through effective marketing strategies
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate on purchasing decisions
- Implement sales management techniques to achieve targets
- Ensure store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards are maintained
