Starting Wage:  $14.50 - $16.50

Part Time: Paid hours depend on your availability and business need. Special project work is primarily during business hours, with flexible hours based on your availability.  You also have the ability to work varied, traditional and non-traditional hours, including flexible schedules for inventory work, during non-project time. The more you are available, the more you can earn!

WIS Retail Merchandising Associate – Special Projects Job Preview 

This WIS team works with a group of retailers and provides focused inventory solutions for their unique business, as well as supports Special Projects specific to the customer’s needs.  You will be scheduled with specific retail customers to provide additional services, such as store resets, remodels, cleaning and resetting products, shelves, pegs and tags, amongst other retail ad hoc assignments.  When working in an Inventory role, you will scan the barcodes with our proprietary handheld devices, for the current inventory at Customer locations to provide them with proper inventory information that will assist them in making better business decisions and better supporting their customers!  As the face of our organization, we depend on you to uphold our Core Values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation and Teamwork in a positive, safe and inclusive environment.  We are passionate about our people, technology, and process because when you succeed, we succeed.

Team Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Retail, Reset, Remodel or Merchandising experience is a plus

• We encourage applications from candidates who:

• • Have no experience or returning to the workforce
  • Have military experience
  • Do not have a high school or college degree

• Highly recommended candidates are those with experience in Retail, Reset, Customer Service, Driver and/or Warehouse work. Make your experience count!

• Access to reliable transportation 

Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking; the ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; the ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; the ability to frequently use a ladder; the ability to lift and carry items up to 30 lbs.; the ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.
