Fond du Lac Regional Sales Manager

Hotel Regional Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue for the 3 hotels by selling room nights, event space, and other hotel services to individual guests, groups, and corporate clients.

Sales and Revenue Generation: Responsible for meeting sales targets and maximizing revenue for the hotel by selling room nights, event space, and other hotel services to individual guests, groups, and corporate clients.

Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with clients is a key part of this role. This includes identifying potential clients, conducting sales calls and meetings, negotiating contracts, and managing client accounts to ensure repeat business.

Market Research and Analysis: Must stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Sales Reporting and Analysis: Tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics is important for evaluating the success of sales strategies and identifying areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue projections, and market trends.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments within the hotel, such as marketing, operations, and revenue management, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer service.

Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service is essential for building and maintaining client relationships. Ensure that clients' needs are met and that they have a positive experience when booking and hosting events at the hotel.

Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build their professional network, generate leads, and promote the hotel's services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
