A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR LANDSCAPE CREW LEADER

As a Landscape Crew Leader, you are a hands-on leader of 3-4 crew members. Together you perform quality landscaping services for our customers in a safe and efficient manner. This includes operating landscape maintenance, snow, and ice management equipment. You ensure that your landscaping team completes each job on time and on budget without sacrificing quality. As a get-it-done person, you enjoy the variety of tasks and locations that are involved in your job. You love being outside and can't imagine sitting at a desk all day.

LANDSCAPE CREW LEADER QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver's license with a clean record
n
• 2 years of landscaping and snow experience
n
• Tech savvy
n
• Working knowledge of standard horticultural practices
n
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
n
• Math and mechanical aptitude skills
n
• Experience with installation of hardscape project
n

Bilingual Spanish speaking skills or Snow and Ice Management experience is a plus!
