Join Wise Landscaping, a family-owned firm specializing in commercial landscape maintenance, construction, and snow management. We are currently seeking a Landscape Installation Crew Member to be a part of our expanding team. We are known for our commitment to quality and use of top-tier equipment. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with leadership qualities, strong problem-solving skills, experience in operating heavy machinery, and the ability to read and understand blueprints.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a team on large scale installations at newly constructed sites
  • Plant trees and shrubs, spread mulch, and install gravel and metal edging
  • Grade soil and install grass seed and moisture retention materials over extensive areas
  • Operate heavy machinery such as skidsteers, wheel loaders, and excavators
  • Interpret and execute project plans based on blueprints

Qualifications

  • Experience in landscape installation or a related field
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints
  • Prior experience operating skidsteers, wheel loaders, and excavators
  • Strong problem-solving skills and leadership abilities
  • Valid driver's license
