What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Wise Property Management?
We are seeking an individual for an on-site Condominium Association office located in St. Petersburg, FL (33716). The Administrative Assistant reports to a Senior Community Association Manager. This position includes 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pm).
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Work at the direction of the Community Association Manager
- Respond to questions and requests from residents
- Process work order requests for the on-site maintenance staff
- Coordinate and work with third party vendors dispatched to the property
Experience
- 1 - 3 years of directly related clerical or administrative support experience preferred; HOA, property management related experience is a plus
- Must be able to use MS Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Ability to interpret and follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing and exercise diplomacy
- Strong interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with residents and staff members
