- Leads the planning, implementation, and ongoing management of Windows Autopilot within the organization's Microsoft Intune environment. Drives successful adoption of Autopilot to streamline device deployment, reduce IT overhead, and enhance user experiences. Batch scripting for Automation
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Autopilot implementation strategy, aligning with organizational goals and device management needs.
- Lead the configuration of Autopilot profiles, deployment rings, and integration with other IT systems.
- Partner with procurement and vendor management teams to ensure devices are registered for Autopilot.
- Train and support IT staff on Autopilot usage and best practices.
- Monitor Autopilot deployment progress, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
- Track and report on Autopilot metrics to demonstrate its value and impact.
- Stay up-to-date on Autopilot features, updates, and best practices.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration with security, networking, and identity management systems.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to other IT staff on Autopilot-related issues.
- Contribute to the development of IT policies and procedures related to device management.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Deep understanding of Windows deployment and configuration technologies (Autopilot, MDT, SCCM).
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based identity management (Azure AD, hybrid join).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues.
