Manages project implementation. Oversees project prioritization, resource allocation, process & system training, budget and reporting for the project. Understands, monitors and reports on risks and issues with the program and dependencies external to the organization (including regulatory and mandated dependencies).

Primary Role
Manages project implementation. Oversees project prioritization, resource allocation, process & system training, budget and reporting for the project. Understands, monitors and reports on risks and issues with the program and dependencies external to the organization (including regulatory and mandated dependencies).
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all activities leading to the successful completion of the project including project scoping, timelines, cost estimates and design. Develop and maintain project parameters for project requirements. Provide direction to contractors, consultants, and project team. Coordinate input from and participation with various other departments within the Company as needed to meet project objective.
- Analyze and determine regulatory impacts and requirements of the project.
- Responsible for providing team/project goals and evaluating performance. Research and evaluate available contractors and consultants. Prepare, negotiate, and approve or recommend approval of contracts. Negotiate contracts changes.
- Manage related workforce planning, budget analysis, and prepare budget forecasts.
- Performs other project management duties as assigned.
- Project Management certification. (Required)
- Experience with IT systems implementation. (Required)
- Experience with customer facing programs and Electric Vehicle programs. (Preferred)
- Knowledge of Utility regulatory environment. (Preferred)
- Must have the ability to identify issues, analyze data, develop, recommend, and implement solutions. (Required)
- Must possess initiative, decision-making skills and problem-solving abilities. (Required)
