What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator position at Wise Staffing?
Job Summary:
· Monday-Friday 7:30am -5:00pm
· Producing Metal rain gutters
· Operating various types of machinery that process metal coils by rollforming, folding, stamping and slitting into rain gutter components
· Package product as it is produced
· Make simple mechanical adjustments or repairs to equipment as needed
· Determine needs based upon provided information and take appropriate actions to produce products
· Maintain high standards of quality while efficiently producing products
Qualifications:
· Mechanically inclined
· Forklift Stand up/sit down knowledge
· Basic understanding of Warehouse operations
· Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and lift 70lbs.
· Self-motivated with ability to work independently and with others
· Excellent communication skills Written, Oral, and listening
