Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management:
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Handle inquiries from clients and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Administrative Support:
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
- Maintain and update visitor logs and appointment schedules.
- Assist with basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Communication:
