- Demonstrate strong leadership and guidance skills to effectively manage multiple team members, cultivating a positive and productive work environment.
- Utilize experience in mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills and performance, conducting regular performance evaluations, and offering constructive feedback.
- Exhibit proficiency in general technology aptitude, including familiarity with Office 365 and standard programs such as Word and Excel, to facilitate efficient workflow and task management.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations through effective organizational skills, including task delegation, scheduling, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Uphold high standards of customer service, leveraging both leadership and technology skills to resolve escalated customer issues and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Set clear performance goals and objectives for the team, utilizing leadership and management experience to track progress and implement corrective action as necessary.
- Manage resources effectively, including staffing levels, budget allocation, and equipment/materials procurement, to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and leverage technology aptitude to implement initiatives aimed at streamlining operations, increasing efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Maintain open and transparent communication channels with team members, upper management, and other departments, fostering alignment and collaboration across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, utilizing organizational skills to stay updated on health and safety protocols, data protection laws, and industry regulations.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on team performance, operational metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs), demonstrating both technological proficiency and organizational ability for management review and decision-making.
- 3 years of team member management of a team of at least 4 people
- 3 years of customer service experience
- Proficient with Office 360, Technology, and standard programs such as Word, Excel, etc.
- Effective and professional communication skills
- Work references from past supervisors, managers, and co-workers
- Clean driving record - no more than 1 moving violation in 3 years (no reckless/DUI)
- Clean background check and acceptable work/character references
- Pre-employment and random drug testing
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
